With over a decade of experience managing teams and customer service operations across various industries, Rhea brings a strong combination of leadership, organisation, and proactive problem-solving to her role. She is passionate about creating systems that enhance efficiency and foster clear communication across the firm.
Rhea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and has held multiple leadership positions throughout her career, experiences she considers key milestones in her professional journey. Her long term goal is to continue developing as a leader while mentoring and supporting emerging professionals.
Outside of work, Rhea enjoys watching foreign films and series, particularly Chinese productions, as she is currently learning Mandarin. She also loves travelling whenever her schedule allows.
